This month, we’re hosting a webinar on Adversarial vs Collaborative Advocacy. The session will explore the different rhythms and challenges in advocacy work, and help you recognise when and how to adjust your approach.
The webinar will be useful for advocates at all stages, whether you’re new to these approaches or already using them. You’re also welcome to stay for an optional 30-minute discussion after the session to talk about how the ideas might apply to your own cases.
We’re also continuing work on the Capacity Tracker in the NCDA portal. Our focus is on asking the right questions so the data gives a clearer picture of demand across the sector. An update is coming soon, so you may notice a few small changes when you submit your report in April.
Like many tools, the tracker will continue to evolve. We believe it can help the sector better understand demand, capacity, and waitlists. Your feedback is important, so please keep sharing your ideas on how we can improve it.
